Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in PV installation, solar service, or related technical field
• Strong electrical troubleshooting experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret three-line diagrams, construction plan sets, and equipment specifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform corrective maintenance on residential solar electric systems
• Install, maintain, and repair solar inverter communication systems
• Coordinate warranty claims, repairs, and equipment replacements with inverter manufacturers
• Document completed service work with photos, notes, and updates
• Follow safety procedures on electrical systems and rooftops
• Research issues to identify root causes and solutions
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
