Job summary

National General, part of The Allstate Corporation, seeks an experienced SIU Investigator to conduct complex fraud investigations across Auto, Homeowners, and Specialty Lines. This field-based role covers a territory within approximately a three-hour radius of Chicago, IL, requiring prior SIU background and a track record of identifying and resolving suspicious claims.

The role includes data entry, file reviews, site inspections, surveillance as needed, and mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-stakes fraud investigations across multiple lines of business.
• Strong ability to conduct and document complex investigative interviews.
• Proven proficiency with SIU data systems and case management.

Responsibilities

• Enter SIU claim data into multiple systems and track outcomes.
• Review investigations to validate denial decisions and settlement needs.
