The role emphasizes post orders compliance, incident response, coaching staff, site inspections, and serving as the primary field representative during assigned shifts. A candidate with strong communication and vigilance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree and 1 year of security operations experience or equivalent education/experience.
• 18 years of age or older; HS diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• Prior security, law enforcement or military experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Calm, vigilant and able to respond to emergencies with sound judgement.
• Strong observational skills, communication abilities and decisive problem solving.
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

The Reno Area has an exciting career opportunity for a Field Site Supervisor. We are seeking a personable, dedicated individual to supervise a team of Security Officers to include ensuring operational effectiveness, scheduling, payroll and training.

The Field Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing security operations at multiple client locations, ensuring security personnel perform their duties in accordance with post orders, company policies, and client expectations. This position conducts site inspections, responds to incidents, provides coaching and training to security personnel, and serves as the primary field representative during assigned shift s.

Position Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree and 1 year of experience in security operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.
• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus!!
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
