Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a Site Construction Manager to lead field operations on client projects across the United States. This role is 100% in the field with heavy industrial construction, requiring supervision of subcontractors, safety adherence, schedule tracking, and on-site quality control.

100% travel is required; you will prepare daily/Monthly reports, maintain records, and coordinate with Project Managers to ensure drawings, specs, and changes are reflected

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with extensive field experience.
• Degrees in Construction Management/Engineering preferred with relevant experience.
• Experience supervising construction management and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversees subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and drawings intent.
• Maintains project schedule and escalates delays to Project Construction Manager.
• Produces daily and quality inspection reports for records.
• Prepares monthly progress reports and contract extras with Client approval.
