Job summary

Canadian Pacific Kansas City is seeking a Construction Manager to lead a field-based team responsible for installing, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing wayside equipment with a strong emphasis on safety. You will ensure the smooth and safe movement of trains within our DM&E territory and mentor staff to elevate performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, budget oversight, and collaboration with regulators, with opportunities for training and advancement within a North American rail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficient knowledge of Signals and Communications (S&C) equipment.
• Knowledge of S&C standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
