Job summary

Canadian Pacific Kansas City is seeking a Supervisor Signals & Communications in Artesia, MS. This field-based role supports the installation, maintenance, and performance of telecom systems across the network.

You will work with the data network team to ensure reliable operations and safety in rail signaling environments. The position requires a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent), and a track record in telecom and/or railway signaling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or 2 years of technical college.
• Completion of an accredited electrical training program is preferred.
• Experience with telecom and/or railway signaling is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support installation, maintenance and operation of telecommunications systems (VHF, microwave, PTC).
• Collaborate with the data network team to ensure system functionality and troubleshooting.
• Assist in maintaining cameras, desktops, printers and Wi‑Fi at locations.
• Maintain accurate communication and documentation across the rail network.
• Perform electrical installations and revisions while diagnosing and repairing S&C equipment.
• Be ready for a 24/7 operating environment and work both indoors and outdoors.
