Job summary

Crown Information Management is seeking a reliable Mobile Shred Operator for field-based work around Orlando. You will operate shredding equipment on a mobile unit, drive to client sites, and ensure secure destruction of documents with strict confidentiality.

You will interact with clients professionally, complete task documentation, and perform routine equipment maintenance while following safety protocols. A CDL is preferred; non-CDL with driving experience will be considered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; pass pre-employment screening.
• Background check and a DOT physical, plus ongoing random drug screening.
• Strong attention to detail with adherence to safety protocols.
• Experience with shredding equipment is a plus; CDL preferred, non-CDL considered with relevant driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain mobile shredding equipment according to standards.
• Drive the mobile shred truck to client locations within service area.
• Provide professional customer service to clients.
• Adhere to all company policies and ensure confidentiality.
• Complete all required documentation for each job with accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on shredding equipment.
• Maintain safety for yourself and others at all times.
• Report equipment issues or customer concerns to supervisor promptly.
