Sharps Medical Waste Services seeks a capable Supervisor to oversee daily sharps and medical waste operations at multiple healthcare facilities. You will lead technicians, coordinate pickups, and ensure safe, compliant service delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 75% within the territory. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage daily schedules and multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Travel up to 75% within the territory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and direct Sharps Technicians at customer facilities.
• Coordinate daily work assignments, schedules, and service priorities.
• Coach, train, and support employees to maintain safety standards.
• Onboard and train new employees on procedures and safety requirements.
• Ensure proper placement, collection, and transportation of waste containers.
• Monitor compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies.
• Serve as primary contact for customer questions and operational needs.
• Travel between designated facilities as required.
