Sharps Medical Waste Services is seeking a dedicated Technician to safely place, collect, and transport reusable Sharp Medical Waste containers across healthcare facilities. You will maintain a reliable service schedule and ensure compliant handling of sharps and pharmaceutical waste, delivering excellent customer service to hospital staff and medical institutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check, drug screen, and health screenings may be required.
• Demonstrated strong communication and customer service in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Travel between facilities to place, collect, and service sharps containers.
• Transport pharmaceutical waste to designated areas within facilities.
• Maintain a strict service and collection schedule.
• Provide timely service updates to customers and supervisors.
• Build strong customer relationships and resolve service concerns.
• Ensure safe, compliant handling of medical waste in patient areas.
• Operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Document activities and follow procedures.
