Job description

Job Functions

The Field Services Vendor Management (FS-VM) role involves sourcing, assessing, onboarding new service partners, and offboarding uncooperative service partners for TRT.

It is responsible for recruiting quality service partners and developing strategic relationships to align with TRT's strategies and objectives.

Workflow:

  1. Proactively source and onboard service partners within the assigned region, ensuring they meet market value standards.
  2. Offboard inactive service partners.
  3. Renew service partner contracts annually.
  4. Handle SeP sourcing tasks within the ASSC process for transitioning new customers, onboarding at least 3 service partners per customer location within a 1-hour radius during the 30-day transition period.
  5. Arrange purchase blocks of hours for trusted SePs with spare parts.

Deliverables Required:

  1. Maintain a minimum of 3 active service partners per customer location.
  2. Onboard 5 service partners weekly with complete contracts and within market value.
  3. Respond to all service partner inquiries regarding onboarding, contracts, and offboarding on the same day.
  4. Explain potential scope of work and SLA expectations to service partners.
  5. Negotiate rates with new service partners to be below market value.
  6. Complete ASSC tasks within 21 days.
  7. Ensure no inactive service partners are listed in the SPDB (Service Partner Database).

Requirements:

  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook.
  • Prior experience in business development, sales, partnerships, community management, or related roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across different countries and locations.
  • At least 1 year of experience handling IT system hardware break-fix issues.
  • Willingness to work day, mid, or night shifts depending on regional assignment.
  • Ability to work remotely.
