A Day in the Life:

As part of our Field Services Technician team, you'll provide expert-level installation and service of cutting-edge technology. You'll have opportunities to maximize your earnings by leveraging service and installation appointments into leads and additional revenue. Customers will rely on you to act with honesty and integrity, offering peace of mind.

Who we're looking for:

Our technician team has diverse backgrounds and experience levels. We invest in our employees with comprehensive training and support. Whether you're an experienced technician, a sales professional seeking a change, or a motivated, coachable individual, we want to hear from you!

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Sales experience (car sales, retail, insurance, B2C, call center)
• Field technician experience (cable, internet, pest control, lawn maintenance, construction, solar)
• Clean driving record and valid license
• Ability to work both independently and in a team

Physical demands:

• Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
• Climb ladders up to 14 feet
• Work in attics and limited-space areas
• Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods

We prioritize safety; technicians will conduct safety analyses of each home to ensure a safe working environment for all.
