As a member of our Field Services Technician team, you’ll provide expert installation and service of cutting-edge technology. You will have the opportunity to maximize your earning potential by leveraging service and installation appointments into leads and additional revenue. Customers will rely on you to act with honesty and integrity, offering what they seek — peace of mind.

Our technician team welcomes individuals from diverse backgrounds and experience levels. We invest in our employees with comprehensive training and support. Whether you’re an experienced technician, a sales professional seeking a change, or a motivated, coachable individual, we want to hear from you!

1. Exceptional customer service skills
2. Sales experience – car sales, retail, insurance, B2C, call centers
3. Field technician experience – cable, internet, pest control, lawn maintenance, construction, solar tech
4. Clean driving record and valid license
5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Physical demands of the job:

1. Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
2. Climb ladders up to 14 feet
3. Work in attics and confined spaces
4. Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods
