Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end onsite and remote user support.
• Deploy and recover assets; assist workstation dressing.
• Diagnose hardware issues and support product lifecycle activities.
• Install and troubleshoot conference room AV equipment.
• Manage tickets and track service requests in ITSM system.
