WECO Wilbur-Ellis Company LLC is seeking a Field Services Technician II to set up, calibrate, transport, and maintain agricultural equipment for branch and customer use. You will help ensure safe operations and build strong relationships with growers and team members in the field and at the branch.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, a valid driver's license, forklift experience (certification provided on the job), and mechanical aptitude.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience or more required.
• 18 years old or older.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, calibrate, transport, and operate agricultural equipment safely in customers' fields.
• Assist with routine maintenance and safety checks on trucks, tractors, tanks, and ag equipment.
• Move and install fertilizer tanks using PPE and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility and comply with standards.
• Respond to customer questions and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Represent Wilbur-Ellis professionally and build relationships with growers and team members.
