Wilbur-Ellis is seeking a Field Services Technician II to set up, calibrate, and transport agricultural equipment for branch and customer use. You will support maintenance, safety checks, and installation of fertilizer tanks in customers’ fields, while upholding safety and efficiency standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on work with trucks, tractors, and ag equipment, requiring physical stamina, a clean driving record, and willingness to work overtime during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 2+ years field service experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Forklift experience and willingness to operate pallet jacks, order pickers, and other material handling equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude including basic fabrication techniques and machine calibration.
• Physical ability to repetitively bend and lift 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime during busy seasons.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Set up, calibrate, transport, and operate agricultural equipment safely in customers’ fields.
• Assist with routine maintenance and safety checks on trucks, tractors, tanks, and ag equipment.
• Move and install fertilizer tanks using proper PPE and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility and comply with company and legal standards.
• Assist with responding to customer questions and elevate issues to management as needed.
• Represent Wilbur-Ellis professionally and build strong relationships with growers and team members.
