Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years with BS/BA; US Citizen with ability to obtain public trust.
• Hands-on experience with Voice Communication Switch systems or similar mission-critical voice platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause diagnostic skills in field environments.
• Field-based role with extensive travel up to 95%.
• Work in active operational environments requiring strict adherence to procedures and standards.
