Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Experience in fast-paced, guest-focused environments preferred.
• Team player with initiative and people skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• May require food handler or alcohol server permits depending on state/local rules.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the register and provide friendly service.
• Keep stores stocked and organized; restock shelves and coolers.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment and follow safety rules.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash and card payments.
• Address guest concerns and escalate to management when needed.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking.
• Promote promotional items to guests.
• Collaborate with team to ensure fast, friendly service.
