Job summary

Frontier Technologies in Theodore, AL is seeking a Services Supervisor to lead a team of Service Technicians. You will oversee daily maintenance, ensure safety, and drive on-time delivery while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities include training, performance management, and coordinating with engineering. Occasional travel to customer sites and compliance with OSHA/EHS guidelines are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient math skills required.
• 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work in South Alabama climate.
• Able to travel to customer sites.
• Must be an insurable driver.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Service Technicians to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Accountable for output, efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery of service tasks.
• Train new technicians through on-the-job training, JSAs, and established procedures.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and conduct reviews; manage timecards and attendance.
