Job summary

Gexpro Services in Theodore, AL is seeking a Services Supervisor to lead mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic maintenance teams. You will oversee service technicians, ensure on-time delivery, safety, and quality while coordinating with engineering and operations.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on troubleshooting, and ability to travel to customer sites. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 5 years of related experience; English fluency and a commitment to safety are

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proficient math skills.
• 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Self-motivated team player.
• Able to work in South Alabama climate conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and travel to customer sites.
• Insurable driver and pass a background/drug test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of Service Technicians and ensure safety.
• Manage output, efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Train technicians via OJT and JSAs.
• Monitor performance and manage timecards.
• Coordinate with departments using MS Office and ERP systems.
• Travel to customer facilities for onsite maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EHS guidelines.
• Overtime and weekend availability as needed.
