Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Field Services Supervisor to lead fulfillment operations from node to home, ensuring installations and services meet customer expectations and company standards.

You will oversee field teams, conduct quality checks, and drive operational excellence while mentoring staff and coordinating cross-department collaboration. Candidates should have electronics background and strong TCP/IP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics or related field or equivalent.
• Industry and vendor-specific certifications and training such as NCTI, SCTE, BCT/E.

Responsibilities

• Lead field teams to deliver installation and troubleshooting that meets Spectrum standards.
• Conduct quality control checks and field safety observations; provide feedback on competency.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and prevent future concerns through ops excellence.
• Mentor employees with ongoing communication and practical evaluations.
• Coordinate team training and ensure resources are ready for tasks.
• Facilitate cross-department collaboration and maintain accurate records.
