Baker Hughes is seeking a Services Specialist – Commissioning to own field service activities on customer sites. You will coordinate resources, perform testing and validation of equipment, and ensure work aligns with defined specifications to enable successful commissioning.

The role requires remote-friendly travel 65–80% and experience with low voltage troubleshooting, networking basics, and strong computer literacy. A high school diploma is required; engineering degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of field maintenance experience.
• Experience in low voltage electrical troubleshooting.
• Exposure to general networking practices/architectures.
• Ability to travel 65–80% of the time by vehicle and air.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Test and validate equipment, facility, or plant per design objectives for operation.
• Communicate findings and recommendations via reports or verbal briefings.
• Maintain calibration of specialized tools used on site.
• Follow predefined contracts and project guidelines for actions.
