Job summary

BRAVA ROOF & TILE is seeking a field-based technical expert to ensure BRAVA products are installed to code, perform to the highest standards, and meet building requirements within Texas.

The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on roofing experience, including foam adhesive installation across multiple systems, and a passion for educating contractors, distributors, and internal teams through training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Roofing services experience preferred.
• 5+ years customer service experience preferred.
• 5+ years construction experience preferred.
• 2+ technical services experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical product support and installation guidance to contractors, distributors, customers, and internal team members.
• Respond to field installation questions and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely recommendations and solutions.
• Conduct roof inspections and jobsite evaluations to verify proper installation and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Document inspections by uploading reports, checklists, photographs, and related information using CompanyCam.
• Deliver engaging hands‑on and virtual installation training for contractors, distributors, and internal team members.
• Develop and maintain installation standards, technical documentation, and training materials that support consistent product performance and best practices.
• Collaborate with Field Service Team to provide industry-leading technical service and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Manufacturing, and other cross‑functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain expert knowledge of BRAVA products, installation methods, and industry trends, while staying informed on competitive products and technologies.
• Perform hands‑on product demonstrations for customer training, sales support, and educational events.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of technical processes, policies, and operational initiatives.
• Assist with reviewing building plans and enter data into Planswift.
