Ladders is seeking a Field Services Project Manager to lead field service project execution from pre-proposal to mobilization in a complex industrial setting. You will coordinate with commercial, technical, and site teams to support install and maintenance services while keeping outages and field work moving efficiently.

The role is remote for US-based candidates, with up to 50% travel and visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field, or 10 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience in power generation or industrial manufacturing.
• 5+ years of commercial and negotiation experience.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to access nuclear facilities in North America.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% annually.
• Physical capability to walk, climb stairs, and use ladders as required.

For our client, we are seeking a Field Services Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will oversee field service project execution from pre-proposal through mobilization, ensuring schedules, scope, and risk considerations are aligned for successful delivery. The position partners closely with commercial, technical, and site teams to support install and maintenance services in a complex industrial environment. It also involves coordinating labor, specialty services, and pre-site planning activities that keep outages and field work moving efficiently.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $104,200 – $173,700 annually
