Job summary

Kelly Telecom is seeking a DOJ Project Coordinator to support Comcast Business installations, upgrades, and service events. You will act as the primary operational liaison between field technicians, project management, dispatch teams, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring work is executed to schedule and quality standards.

The role covers pre-dispatch readiness, real-time support, progress tracking, and post-event documentation uploads across Comcast systems, with emphasis on timely communication

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating field service projects.
• Strong communication with technicians and clients.
• Ability to manage schedules and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-dispatch readiness reviews and confirmation calls with field technicians to verify arrival times, scope, materials, access, and readiness.
• Provide real-time operational and technical support to field technicians during installation/service events.
• Monitor progress against milestones and timelines.
• Track project status in Comcast systems (e.g., Smartsheet, ILEX) and related platforms; provide hourly updates.
• Validate completion of deliverables and upload documentation within 24 hours of completion.
• Serve as primary point of contact for day-of-job communications among field personnel, management, customers, and project teams.
