Job summary

Home Depot is seeking an Assistant Market Manager to oversee Measure Technicians, build relationships with service providers and THD locations, and drive metrics in the field service area. You will hire, train, and manage Technicians to ensure quality service and sales growth.

The role emphasizes field observations, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with store and field leaders to drive service leads and performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• 3 years of work experience.
• No previous leadership experience expected (as stated).

Responsibilities

• Oversee Technicians through training/retraining, provider visits/THD location walks, field observations, and daily business operations.
• Support the Technicians and address customer concerns and related technical issues.
• Responsible for hiring, training, development, and performance management for their assigned Technicians.
• Manage measure capacity, ensure specialist efficiency, and facilitate sales conversion growth using reporting.
• In partnership with location and field leaders, support store services programs by driving leads and measures.
