Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC in West Memphis, AR seeks a Field Services Specialist to support labor managers and field leadership, coordinating field activities and maintaining records in line with Company policies and safety standards.

You will work with HR, payroll, and union representatives to ensure accurate data and timely processes while promoting high-quality service and teamwork across the field staff.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in construction management, IT support, administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction field dispatching.
• Strong knowledge of union collective bargaining agreements is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Process paperwork for field labor hiring and layoffs with HR and payroll.
• Provide daily admin support to labor managers, field leadership and staff; maintain data (timekeeping, logs, training, certifications, safety).
• Schedule meetings and training for field personnel; process technology requests and train on tools and company software.
• Assist with portability management for field employees working in other locales.
• Foster positive communication with customers, vendors, and field staff; reflect company values.
• Support safe operations and LEAN/continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote DEI principles and ethical business practices in all activities.
