The Erosion Company, based in Georgia, seeks a Field Services Manager/Area Quality Manager (AQM) to lead field crews and uphold top-tier customer service and quality. This role entails mentoring teams, scheduling work, and ensuring crews have the materials and instructions they need.

You will develop client relationships, review daily work orders, and contribute to project margins while collaborating with sales and management to pursue new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years exterior construction experience preferred.
• Field and/or team management experience.
• Strong customer service/account management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage field crews — schedule daily work to meet customer needs efficiently.
• Train, coach, and discipline employees to optimize productivity.
• Provide on-the-job training and feedback to improve performance.
