Job summary

TEC in Charlotte, NC is expanding and seeks a Field Services Manager/Area Quality Manager to lead field crews and uphold customer service and project quality.

You will train, coach, and motivate teams, plan daily work, monitor costs and margins, and maintain strong relationships with clients while supporting new business opportunities. This role is full-time and on-site with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in exterior construction roles such as grading or erosion control.
• Experience in field and/or team management.
• Proven track record in customer service and account management.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews and schedule daily work to meet client needs.
• Visit sites to inspect quality and ensure billing accuracy.
• Train, coach, and discipline staff to boost productivity.
• Develop client relationships and respond to issues promptly.
• Support business development with current customers.
