Job summary

TEC is expanding in Georgia and seeking a Field Services Manager/Area Quality Manager (AQM) to lead field crews, mentor teams, and ensure high-quality customer service. This role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and on-site quality control.

Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, reviewing work orders, controlling labor and material costs, and driving margins. Strong customer service, supervision, and problem solving are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years exterior construction experience (grading, erosion control, landscaping, development) preferred.
• Field and/or team management experience.
• Demonstrated success in customer service/account management.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews and schedule daily work to meet customer needs efficiently.
• Visit work sites daily to assess quality and capture work performed for billing.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to crews to improve performance.
