The Erosion Company in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Field Services Manager/Area Quality Manager (AQM) to lead field crews, mentor staff, and uphold TEC's standards of customer service and quality.

You will schedule daily work, train crews, manage multiple projects at sites, build client relationships, and support business development with the sales team to grow TEC's presence in the Southeast.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of exterior construction experience (grading, erosion control, landscaping, development) preferred.
• Field and/or team management experience.
• Proven success in customer service/account management.
• Strong math and analytical abilities; proficient with MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Manage field crews and schedule daily work to meet customer needs efficiently.
• Train, coach, and discipline employees to optimize productivity.
• Provide on-the-job training and feedback to improve performance.
• Visit work sites daily to assess quality and ensure client requirements are met.
• Review work orders and ensure accurate billing and documentation.
• Develop client relationships, respond to issues, and advise on erosion control standards.
• Assist in winning new business and growing existing accounts with the sales team.
