Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily assembly operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Coordinate workflow across sub-assembly, final assembly, and packaging work cells to maintain throughput and on-time delivery.
• Monitor KPIs (safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, attendance) and take corrective action.
• Coach and develop team members; manage onboarding, training, and employee engagement.
• Drive lean continuous improvement and cost control to reduce waste and improve process efficiency.
