Job summary

ALLO Communications in Gretna, Nebraska is seeking a skilled fiber pathway installer and structured cabling technician for commercial buildings and MDUs. You will install conduit and fiber, dress and terminate cabling, and perform testing and maintenance with industry-standard tools.

Travel to assist BSCT teams across states is required as needed. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2–3 years of construction experience; a clean MVR and valid driver’s license are essential,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of construction experience preferred.
• Clean MVR and valid driver's license required.
• Ability to travel outside home market for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Install EMT/ENT/PVC conduit pathways and CAT6/fiber in commercial buildings and MDUs.
• Dress, route, and terminate fiber optic and low voltage data cabling in data closets and work areas.
• Perform preventive maintenance and testing of fiber and low voltage pathways.
• Document test results and materials usage; maintain records.
• Travel to support outside market BSCT teams and projects across multiple states.
• Work outdoors, in confined spaces, and at heights; lift up to 80 lbs.
