Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years experience programming Allen-Bradley PLCs.
• 7+ years of direct field service experience troubleshooting computerized electro-mechanical systems.
• Experience working in a service capacity with direct customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform software and hardware preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Handle emergency break fix service calls.
• Refine and validate PLC coding.
• Schedule downtime for maintenance.
• Complete paperwork and reports accurately.
• Follow up on open issues and escalations.
• Work outside normal business hours as needed.
