Job summary

Phillips 66 is seeking an Engineer II, Field Services to provide field-facing engineering support across its Midstream asset base, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of pipelines, terminals, and gathering/processing facilities. The role partners with Operations and cross-functional teams to translate issues into practical workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related technical field.
• 3+ years of relevant engineering experience in oil and gas.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot complex operating issues using data and digital tools such as Power BI or Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a field-facing engineer for Midstream regions and support pipelines, terminals, and gathering assets.
• Troubleshoot complex operating issues and drive problems to resolution with data-driven recommendations.
• Lead implementation of field-focused digital tools and processes, including TLACS and Power BI dashboards.
