We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a global leader in packaging machinery solutions, for experienced Field Service Engineers to join their rapidly expanding North American team.

This is a high-impact role for a service professional who thrives on variety, independence, and being on the front lines of innovation in the food packaging industry. Our client specializes in Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) and Horizontal Flow Wrapping (HFFS) technologies, delivering cutting-edge equipment and exceptional service to a diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, servicing, repair, and maintenance of VFFS and HFFS packaging lines at customer sites across the US and Canada
• On-site support during Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) in the US
• Occasional travel to Europe for training, FATs, and team collaboration
• Provide hands-on technical support and professional advice to customers
• Participate in trade shows, supporting sales teams on the booth

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Formal training in mechatronics or a related technical field
• Proven experience in the food packaging industry
• Hands-on expertise with VFFS (baggers) and/or HFFS (flow wrappers) machinery
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Willingness to travel extensively and independently across North America
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel internationally when needed
