Job summary

Christy Media Solutions is partnering with a leading technology manufacturer to recruit several Field Service Engineers to support its US business in the Washington DC area, focusing on enterprise networking, control room technology and AV-over-IP.

This hands-on, customer-facing role installs, configures and maintains enterprise hardware, provides on-site and remote support, and travels 50–75% to customer sites across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Field Service Engineer, Field Technician, Installation Engineer or similar.
• Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN, DHCP, VLANs).
• Customer-facing technical support or installation experience.
• Experience working with enterprise hardware, AV, networking or IT infrastructure.
• Exposure to Cisco networking, multicast, AV-over-IP or systems integration would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and commission enterprise technology solutions.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, networking and system issues.
• Deliver preventative maintenance and break-fix support.
• Work closely with customers to ensure successful deployments.

We're partnering with a leading technology manufacturer to recruit several Field Service Engineers to support the continued growth of its US business in the Washington DC area.

The company designs and delivers mission-critical workplace and control room technology used by organisations across government, utilities, transportation, finance, broadcast and other critical infrastructure environments.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role supporting the installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of enterprise hardware and networking solutions across customer sites throughout the US.

What you\'ll be doing
