We’re working with a leading company in the industrial systems sector to find a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join their team. This is your chance to work with cutting-edge machinery, support a wide range of clients, and grow your career with a respected name in the industry.

About the Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced industrial systems, including automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS) and industrial sawing equipment. Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation of machinery vital to the company’s clients.

Important: Must be located in Dallas, Texas and be able to commute to customer sites.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical Work: Maintain, troubleshoot, and install electrical systems ranging from 24V to 480V, including motors, drives, PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and electronic actuators.
• Mechanical Maintenance: Inspect, replace, and install mechanical components such as chains, sprockets, bearings, and shafts.
• Hydraulic Systems: Rebuild and service hydraulic components, including hoses, pumps, motors, and valves.
• Preventative Care: Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on all equipment.
• Customer Focus: Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, ensuring their equipment is maintained to the highest standards.
• Safety First: Follow OSHA and LOTO procedures, maintaining a safe working environment at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician, ideally with industrial systems such as ASRS or metal sawing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electronics, PLCs, and industrial electrical systems.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipment.
• A commitment to safe and craftsman-like work practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Dependability and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
