Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator for Field Services Operations to orchestrate between rig sites, shops and field personnel, ensuring flawless execution of wireline projects.

The role requires a STEM degree with 7+ years in wireline services and 5+ years in leadership; inventory management or coordination experience is also preferred. Flexible working patterns available within a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in STEM required.
• 7+ years experience in wireline services with 5+ years in Crew Lead/Team Lead roles.
• 1+ year of inventory management or service delivery coordination experience.
• Preference for Baker Hughes experience.
• Preference for project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between rig site, shop and field personnel to ensure flawless execution.
• Manage equipment orders, transfers, and related transactions for the service delivery team.
• Attend weekly manufacturing meetings to align on orders.
• Create and manage equipment orders in SAP and review open order reports.
• Collaborate with AMO, Procurement and Material Management on scheduling and planning.
• Monitor equipment deliveries and fulfillment of receiving processes.
