Job summary

Beitzel Corporation offers a Construction Craft Apprenticeship Program designed to train entrants into skilled trades through a two-year curriculum combining class instruction with full-time field work. Apprentices will rotate through construction, concrete, electrical, millwright, excavation, solar and other industrial services, gaining broad exposure while developing core trade skills.

The program emphasizes learning to read blueprints, operate tools safely, and perform job-site layouts.

Qualifications

• Preference given to candidates with relevant trade school or vocational training.
• Ability to learn on the job in a hands-on apprenticeship environment.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor across concrete, rebar, masonry, welding, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other trades.
• Learn to read blueprints and drawings accurately.
• Safely use hand and power tools on diverse projects.
• Assist with job-site layouts and measurement tasks.
• Attend apprenticeship classes and complete required coursework.
