Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related scientific discipline or engineering field.
- Experience developing automation applications using instrument software or programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with automated laboratory instrumentation.
- Knowledge of molecular biology workflows including PCR and qPCR.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the post-sale technical expert for Liquid Handling automation platforms.
- Design, configure, and implement application-based automation solutions.
- Provide installation support, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization.
- Deliver technical training to Field Automation Engineers and service teams.
- Travel up to 50% to support installations, training, and service activities.
