Job summary

Vensure Employer Services is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Driver to support warehouse operations and ensure safe, timely delivery of products. The role blends inventory management, shipping/receiving, order fulfillment, and customer-facing delivery responsibilities.

You will receive inbound shipments, pick/pack orders, operate warehouse equipment, load/unload delivery vehicles, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and unload inbound shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles while protecting product quality.
• Deliver products safely and professionally to customers and company locations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and shipment documentation.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse environment.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, drivers, and customers.
