Job summary

Heritage Industries LLC seeks a Field Service Truck Specialist to perform field service calls and repairs on client work trucks and equipment. The role requires strong communication, troubleshooting, and ownership of jobs from start to finish, with willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.

The ideal candidate will maintain a clean MVR, understand truck hydraulics/electrical/pneumatics, and adhere to DOT regulations while delivering a world-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a clean MVR and safety-conscious approach.
• Strong understanding of truck equipment hydraulics, electrical, and pneumatics.
• Willingness to learn troubleshooting skills from journeymen mechanics and use tech support as needed.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to work with minimal supervision on customer sites.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends; ability to obtain necessary certifications such as MSHA, CDL, crane inspector, air tank inspector.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service calls and repairs on client work trucks and equipment.
• Maintain field service vehicle and company equipment.
• Order and return parts as necessary for each job.
• Schedule and manage workload; complete daily reports, inspections and timecards.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and safety programs.
• Take ownership of client problems and provide solutions to deliver a world-class customer experience.
