Job summary

Heritage Industries is seeking a Field Service Truck Specialist to perform field service calls and repairs on client work trucks and equipment. The role requires strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and ownership of jobs from start to finish, with a hands-on focus on hydraulic and electrical systems.

A valid Utah driver’s license, clean MVR, and DOT compliance are essential. Travel is required, including local and multi-state calls across Utah, Arizona, Wyoming, Nevada, and Idaho.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean MVR and Utah driver’s license.
• Safety conscious with an excellent safety record.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, electrical, and pneumatics; read hydraulic/electrical schematics.
• Willing to learn troubleshooting and use tech support as needed.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong work ethic with self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision on job sites.
• Accurate time tracking and thorough notes/documentation of diagnostics and repairs.
• Must own or be able to obtain tools for field service repair.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends when necessary.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service calls and repairs on client work trucks and equipment.
• Adhere to safety programs and contribute to safety culture.
• Service and repair equipment from various manufacturers in the field.
• Comply with DOT regulations and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• Maintain field service vehicle and equipment; order and return parts as needed.
• Schedule workload and maintain a consistent work schedule.
• Record daily timekeeping and detailed technician notes.
