Munters Corporation seeks a Field Service Trainer to design and run the Field Technician Development Program in the Daleville, VA area, with travel to Munters Academy. You will onboard new hires, coordinate in-field and academy sessions, and monitor technician growth through documented reports.

The role requires a decade of HVAC/electrical experience, strong presentation skills, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years in Electrical, Mechanical and HVAC equipment with troubleshooting.
• Training and Presentation Experience.
• Experience or exposure to lean concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage programs to onboard new hires and grow current technicians.
• Coordinate in-field or Munters Academy training to address onboarding needs.
• Evaluate technician skillsets and provide detailed session reports.
• Drive program improvements for trainer effectiveness and technician development.
