Munters Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician to travel to customer sites, diagnose and repair HVAC equipment, and provide on-site training. The role emphasizes independent work, strong troubleshooting skills, and professional customer communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in commercial/industrial HVAC or equivalent training.
• Willingness to travel 80% and fly as needed.
• Ability to obtain CFC Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Experience with HVAC/Refrigeration systems and components.
• PLC experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to perform service and customer support.
• Diagnose and correct malfunctions on equipment.
• Provide customer training on standard Munters equipment.
• Submit detailed field service reports with technical feedback.
• Communicate professionally with customers in a service-oriented manner.
• Promote sales and service on company equipment.
