Closely evaluate and monitor Technician skillset.Provide detailed reports after each session for Munters records, management review and discussion for next steps in development.Continuously involved with program improvements that will lead to training enhancements and/or opportunities to better address Technician developmental needs. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Demonstrate skills necessary to Evaluate and Train Service Technicians in every area within their Roles and Responsibilities. Ability to multitask and exceptional organization skillsProven success with providing professional and courteous services in the field.Able to analyze technical competencies in order to identify strengths and weaknesses for improvement opportunities.
