Job summary

Ford Office Technologies in Monroeville, PA is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair wide format printing equipment at customer sites. You will diagnose issues, calibrate gear, and provide hands-on support.

This role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, solid troubleshooting, and a commitment to outstanding customer service. Travel within the territory and on-site or remote assistance as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing wide format printing equipment.
• Knowledge of large format finishing equipment preferred.
• Strong understanding of electronics, mechanical systems, and computer networking.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Proficiency with Windows-based systems and RIP software.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various on-site environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Manufacturer certifications (preferred but not required).
