Job summary

Numotion is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose and repair complex manual and powered wheelchairs and other medical equipment. The role involves field work and shop maintenance, with emphasis on safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of mechanical experience, and ability to use hand and power tools. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or minimum one year of related experience.
• Minimum of two years of relevant mechanical experience; medical equipment preferred.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools for equipment repair.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment in shop and field.
• Maintain rental and stock equipment in ready-to-use condition.
• Ensure a clean, safe, organized shop/work environment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on delivery vehicles.
• Manage parts inventory and shipping/receiving.
• Document work thoroughly and obtain signatures.
