Responsibilities

• Provide field service support and maintenance at customer sites and Service Centers.
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot water treatment equipment and systems.
• Document work activities, equipment status, and service reports accurately.
• Assist in training technician-level personnel and support on-call rotations.
