Job summary

De Anza Water Conditioning, Inc in Campbell, CA is seeking a full-time Field Service Technician to install and service water treatment systems for residential and commercial customers. You will handle water softeners, filters, and RO systems, and troubleshoot issues on site.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, customer service focus, and the ability to work independently. Training is provided for plumbing tasks; must have a CA driver's license and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience with copper piping, clean soldering, PEX, or similar plumbing skills is a plus (but not required; we will train the right candidate).
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on customer interactions and teamwork.
• Professional appearance and a strong work ethic.
• Time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Must possess a valid CA driver's license and have a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in tight or confined spaces.
